By Mike Hazell Students from the University of Northern Iowa were among attendees at this morning’s home fire sprinkler forum at the International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas. Hosted by NFPA sprinkler expert Matt Klaus, the 1/2 hour forums in the Home Fire Sprinkler Coalition’s booth address common myths about sprinklers, system options, installation requirements, and trade-up benefits for builders and developers, including: street width reduction increased street grades and building set-backs increased hydrant spacing longer dead-end streets
