NFPA, Stop & Shop, Dennis Fire & Rescue host grilling fire safety event in Dennis, MA

It was a beautiful day on the Cape this past Saturday, the kind of day that entices you to spend every waking hour outside by the pool or at the beach, or in the backyard cooking up some great eats on the grill with friends and family.
To that end,
While nearly half of the people who grill do so year-round, July is the peak month for grill fires, followed by May, June and August. So this summer, do your part. Make fire safety a top priority for you and your family. Find out how at www.nfpa.org/grilling.
In the meantime, if you happen to be visiting Rhode Island this coming weekend (Saturday, July 18 to be exact), join us at our next great grilling fire safety event at the Stop & Shop in Narragansett. We hope to see you there!
