NFPA announces 2016 Fire and Life Safety Educator of the Year Award winner

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) has selected Sherrie Leeka, public education officer for the Westminster Fire Department, Westminster, Colo., the 2016 Fire and Life Safety Educator of the Year. Leeka will be recognized at NFPA’s Conference and Expo, the premier event in fire and life safety, this June in Las Vegas.
