By Lisa Braxton

NFPA has just added new safety tips sheets in German to its ever-growing library of free, downloadable materials. The tips sheets are on cooking safety and smoking safety. NFPA offers safety tips sheets on a variety of fire and life safety topics. Many of them can be customized with the fire department’s or organization’s name and contact information. In addition, NFPA has added an easy-to-read handout in German to the smoke alarm community toolkit, one of the resources NFPA created to help public safety educators conduct successful community education campaigns.
