Virtual field trip video series teaches middle and high school students about hazards of wildfire

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) announced the release of a new virtual field trip video series as part of its initiative, TakeAction: Teens for Wildfire Safe Communities. More than eight million students in the U.S. in grades 6 - 12 live in a community where wildfires pose a serious threat to lives and property, but many do not know how and why homes burn or what they can do to lessen their family’s risk.
