The Pro Board makes it easier for veterans to search for fire service careers by entering DOD records into certification registry and eliminating fees

The National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (Junta Pro) is pleased to announce that more than 350,000 Pro Board-recognized records for Department of Defense (DOD) members have been entered into their web-based certification registry, at no charge, so that military personnel can easily apply for career and employment opportunities in the fire service. Previously, the individual uniformed or civilian service member paid a fee to be included in the Pro Board registry.
