The celebration, however, was short-lived. One month later, two builder groupsthe Lee County Industry Association and the Florida Home Builders Associationfiled a lawsuit against the new requirement. While the complaint wasn’t formally served at that time, implementation of the ordinance was delayed until July, reports The News-Press, a Floridian publication. With the suit from the builders properly filed this month, the groups claimimminent harmto their business
