Por Mike Hazell Massachusetts State Representative Ruth Balser is a longtime proponent of home fire sprinklers. During today’s NFPA’s Fire Sprinkler Initiative summit in Raleigh, Rep. Balser said a key to getting things accomplished is building relationships and offered tips on how to best communicate with lawmakers.
